Development Help needed

I would like to use OpenCart as a Bank Check Store (see http://www.checkworks.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;)
What is needed is a personalization for each product purchased - can be different by each product ...

I would like to work with somebody who has already deep knowledge of modifying / developing OpenCart Modules/Lib/Extensions. Will pay via PayPal, so location is not an issue.
