Missing order from dashboard and email

Hi,
All of a sudden this past week I have stopped receiving new order emails and they are not appearing on my dashboard either.
Also, when I used to get an order I would have to 'capture' the payment in Paypal but now that step has also disappeared and the money is automatically in my account.
I have not made any changes to my site for a couple of months now, except for adding a couple of new products.
Has anyone else come across this issue?
I am using OC 2.0.1.1

Are you orders showing when you filter for 'missing orders' in admin? Mine are not in there either, which is very strange. Luckily I'm don't sell large amounts buy I really would like to get this fixed.
Having searched on Google i have a feeling it could be something to do with an IPN issue, but i have absolutely no idea how to fix this!
I would appreciate any help if anyone else has come across this and found a fix?

then, better decide on
1. either move up rather quick

I do just have one question. Step #6 says 'Copy & paste into OpenCart PDT box' - Where in OpenCart do I find the PDT box?

As always, thanks everyone. I followed the instructions and it's working again
Strangely though, throughout my problems the other half's site worked perfectly fine.
Both sites with the same settings, using the same host, both on OC 2.0.1.1.
But I'm not going to worry about that.

Yes, by making the changes in PayPal i am now receiving orders as normal
