My extension installer is not allowing me to upload any modules it just comes up with a error all the time
Anyone know a way to resolve this please?

Yep, just upload you Mod's by FTP, then, you have no problems.

you must setup your ftp setings in system>settings>ftp tab to add ftp username password and correct full server path where opencart is installed.
