Gift Voucher Recipient not receiving email

Hi,

I have set up a shop running v2.0.3.1. I just tried purchasing a gift voucher and receiving emails OK to the shop owner email and the purchaser, but the gift voucher recipient wasn't sent anything.

Is this a known bug? Could someone point me to how/where I can fix this?
