I just finished installing sucessfully. Great directions!
Now I cant login - Its not recognizing my user and pass.
..and I have to wait a full hour before I can try again?
How can I fix this?

I have the same problem. I have an account at Opencart and try and login and put the wrong password so request a new password and I enter the new password and get locked out for an hour. Getting locked out after one failed attempt is pretty harsh!
you both could fix this, if you both would ask about the same LOGIN.
But I guess, one of you wants to log in at opencart.com, and the other one at his shop.
