I am trying to proceed a new order and i am getting the error attached , i am hosting on a free server hosting so i don't have much control on it , but i would appreciate your help .

after much suffering, I found a way.
just change the PHP on your website to version 5.4.
you can not navigate through tabs, only the "Continue" button.
