How do I upgrade to the latest version. I am using 2.0.1

This upgrade is same when in version 2.0.2.0.

1. Copy all version 2.0.3.1 files your store.
2. Edit config.php files, add this line:

define('DB_PORT','3306');

3. Database: delete table `order_fraud`.
4. Update your extensions to version 2.0.3.1

upgrade from 2.0.1 to the latest version
