Export/Import Tool - JNeuhoff

I have about 300 products that have the same multiple pricing structure and require the use of the product options. I am using select from the option list. I created one product and put in the product option values then exported to a spreadsheet. I then built the spreadsheet out in accordance with the format and built out the ProductOptionValues worksheet accordingly as well. I imported the spreadsheet and was successful.

Unfortunately the ProductOptionValues worksheet was not accepted or displayed. everything else is perfect but all that displays in the product options portion of the product page is the select drop down menu, when I click on it there are no dropdown price options.

I went into the backend and found that in the edit options section everything was there for the option name "select" yet there was no pricing associated with select in each of the products admin sections.

I then exported the entire list and found that the worksheet for the ProductOptionValues was empty, yet everything else was complete as entered.

Not sure where to go with this, any help would be very much appreciated.

I have run as many iterations as I can think of with this. However the most telling is when I set up one product with the ProductOptionValue pricing and then export it, it shows up properly in the ProductOptionValue worksheet. I then turn around and import it back in without making any changes. The import is successful but the ProductOptionValue pricing has been dropped. I then exported immediately without changing anything and the pricing in the ProductOptionValue worksheet had disappeared.

The product name had dimensions in it ie: 24" x 12" I replaced the " with the abbreviation in (24in x 12in) and it works perfectly!
