Multi-Option purchase using a single page

We currently have a very old model of Opencart. We are upgrading our current website and opencart version. Our goal is to create a cleaner looking website that is easy to navigate and make purchases.

For several of our products we have 3 size options available for purchase. Each of these options have a different model code, reward point assignment and number of points required to get the item free.

I can add the weight, price and reward points the customer will receive. However as far as I can see, in order for the customer to purchase the other 2 sizes using their reward points I would need to assign the number of points they would need to earn before getting the item free.

We have realized that by offering 1 page with the 3 options I lose the ability to assign these values to the other 2 options. Is there an extension that I can purchase to give me this function or is there a way to code these values in without adding additional pages. Again, we want to keep the page count down and make the purchase experience easy with our clients.
