2.0.3.1 SMTP Unable to connect to mail.domain.com - FIXED

I can connect & send / Rx using e-mail program and also using telnet

SMTP parameters have been checked / re-entered several times

How easy it is to get confused!
The new mail server is using tls -> changed to tls://mail.domain.com and it is now working
