My first guest checkout order just happened. Im on opencart 2.0.1.1 and I also use the extension "Payment Manager." So, because of that I have yet to confirm if it is a bug or issue with that extension. but, I will say that the problem I am having is that on guest checkout, A customer from NEW YORK creates an order and pays, but the order and invoice in the system show our local Iowa sales tax. Though the total does not reflect the sales tax. the sales tax was not added to the total on the invoice and he obviously did not pay the sales tax. it is only showing on the invoices and in the view order screen from admin. How can we fix this???
