I have done a fresh install of OC 2.0.2.0
I have installed VQmod successfully.

I installed "opencart-2-0-x-export-import-multilingual-2-26.ocmod" through Extensions installer successfully.
I went to modifications and did refresh.

But the tool/export_import is not visible in system>user groups permissions tab, and even though Export/Import is visible in Tools, it says permission denied.

I have done two fresh installs of OC 2.0.2.0 to get this right but to no avail. Could you help me?

Same problem here.
Solved it by uploading contents of 'upload' folder inside extension zip file onto server via FTP. It seems that controller file was not set up properly while installing module.
Now the problem is gone.
