Set up Paypal Express Checkout

Hi guys,

I am trying to set up Paypal Express Checkout for long time, but until now i cannot do it. Please, if somebody could tell me how do it step by step , i will be very thankful.

PS: I have business account in Paypal and the currency of my country is not supported by Paypal so i want to receive the money in USD
