An alternative to the above method, would be to build it as a column module. This could be done as an independent module (like the modules we're all used to), or it could be a "child" module of another module (eg. Information) which would just add a "link" to the page in the module.
The "alternative" method is probably what I will use when I'm ready to make it available. However, I would like to point out that, since this is something that has been asked for (and those asking have said they would pay for it), there will be a small price tag attached when it is released. Or, I could have 2 different versions, a "lite" version (the page only) and a "full" version which would include the administrative side as well. Which would you prefer?

This is very good, but I think this should be beside BOOKMARK in the top, not in INFORMATION.
I know nothing about PHP and SQL, but I still try my best to understand it.

For the future of this, I'm thinking about releasing a "pro" version which will be more modular with an administrative component allowing you to enable/disable the module and give you the option of whether or not to send an email to the site administrator. When enabled, a link will show on the product page and, rather than sending a link back to your site, the email that is sent will have a link to the specific product page OR a pdf file could be generated and sent as an attachment (configurable in the admin).

I still can't see the demo so maybe my question is answered by the functionality.
This module should have the senders name AND email-address required if you want to use it in Europe.

I've tracked down what the problem was. When I set up the DNS entry for the demo site, I gave it the WRONG IP address due to a typo (5 and 6 are right next to each other on the keyboard). It sends an EMAIL to the admin with a list of the email addresses of those who were recommended. This information is NOT stored within the "system", or in any database on your site. For that matter, there is no requirement that the domain in the email address of the site admin matches the domain of the store. It's not compatible with 1.3.2. That version uses a "layout" for all pages, later versions don't. It would be possible to "rebuild" it to work with 1.3.2.
