EAGENCY-T2 Pro Mega Menu Sub Menu not working

I am using EAGENCY-T2 Pro Mega Menu and I am having some real trouble getting a submenu. I havent messed with the ON Sale except to move it around. I want to list my categories under the Menu>Dresses>Summer Dresses and so on.
I have it listed as such but nothing shows up when I hover because it wont save as a submenu. How do I do that? IT is driving me nuts someone please help.
