customer support plugin

Hi,

am planning to develop a extensions which can read emails (act as support email).
so you dont have to check email address if contacts you. all inside opencart. you will also be able to see which product is in demand or in discussion based on customer queries. To say - all in one place.

we have same for joomla, developing the same for opencart- looking for suggestion which i could add into the extensions.

Two Solutions:
1.CodeManager - OC v.1.5.6.x-2.x.x. based Web-based IDE framework for OpenCart.
Very simple and well done Solution, built-in to the Code-Manager.

2.OpenShop - OC v.1.5.6.x based HelpMe:

or then, the free Version in the OpenShop Extension Pack:

But this one needs to be 're-email-addressed' a little to match your eMail-Adress, because it addresses,
by hard-coded default, the OpenShop Mod Provider.

The built-in free Version misses, for some reason, a HELP-CALL DELETE/REMOVE Button, as well, so,
it takes &cancel=1, as shown below, to remove the Access Data again. Just to mention it.
