Extension Advanced Multi Level Affiliate System

Hi!

I've just installed demo extension Advanced Multi Level Affiliate System and when try to edit the module is showing a blank page. Anyone got the same problem? need help please.

Request support by email as explained in the documentation, including ftp access.
