Export/Import extension

I have a new 2.0.2.0 install. I installed the Export/Import extension and it shows up in my Modification List. It also shows up in the tools menu but when I click on it, I get this message

"You do not have permission to access this page, please refer to your system administrator."

I have been to the settings/ user/Usergroups or users and into Access Permission but I cannot find export/import on the list for Access Permission or Modify Permission. I must be doing something wrong or is there something I have to do in Opencart. I did go into users and filled out the required info and password and the status says enabled
