I always get this error:

Its on OC 1.5.4.1
What does this mean and how to fix it?
ir means, that the ZONE_ID VARIABLE in:
catalog/controller/account/register.php
cannot no be defined.
Probably, You have been doing some modifications, or added a VqMod,
removing, or hiding, the 'ZONE_ID', for some reason, when registering.
