Related To Order Status

I have been setting up the store with opencart - finally came to Order Statuses area.

I have set several "preferred" statutes according to our business model.

1Pending
2Processing
3Grouping
etc.

they are written in the admin as such with the number at first.

Please see Picture 1 (you will see that when an order is created the Status column is not automatically updated to 1Pending, which it should and did before).

Another issue also is at the top of the admin page i have an Notice: Please see Picture 2

Notice: Undefined index: name in /home/mysitefolder/public_html/system/modification/admin/model/sale/order.php on line 471

Picture 3 and 4 is to update the status in (history)

here is "la suite"

in picture 5 we can see that the status has been updated...

And in Picture 6 we can see the Notice message on top disappeared but we still have "zero" pending sales order... -

and it looks like we can still work normally after all that...

Except his annoying message we get when an order is placed and the extra step we have for setting any new sales order to 1Pending...

if anyone have a clue...
