Change VAT or Customer Group in existing order

Hi,

I'm using OC2, no modifications. I'm trying to change an existing order and change the VAT code but this seems to be impossible in OC 2.02.

I've looked at this issue in more detail. The issue seems to be an OC 2.02 issue or better said bug:

Configuration: I've created a separate 'TAX exempt' customer group and assigned tax exempt tax rate with this customer group. This 'tax exempt' customer group is only assigned with tax exempt vat code.

Scenario 1: Creating a new sales order for an existing customer within the 'tax exempt' customer group results in zero VAT applied --> Correct!
Scenario 2: Creating a new sales order for a new customer (manually key in during order creation) results in 21% VAT applied --> incorrect!
Scenario 3: Edit an existing sales order changing the customer group manually in to 'tax exempt' group results in 21% VAT applied --> incorrect!

Kind regards,

Tim

Hi Guys,

Bug still exists in 2.0.3.1 version (tested it).

Any one else having the same problem? Where should I report this in order to get this bug picked up and solved for the next opencart release.

Ps. I'm willing to provide more analyses details (technical specification) if this would help getting this bug addressed.

Kind regards,

Tim
