Update Opencart Version 1.4.8

Hi Opencart community

I have a Version 1.4.8 of OpenCart running on my server and wanted to know the best thing to do with it?

I want to update to the newest version if possible?

Could you advise on the options i have and the best way to go about doing this?

It may be difficult with a version that old. There is the OpenCart Migration & Upgrade Tool if you're feeling confident enough to try it yourself. Obviously you should run it on a test installation first. And any mods you have will need to be upgraded.

Otherwise I'd recommend contacting Qphoria. He offers upgrades as a commercial service and is easily the most experienced person doing it.
