mail error and Upsell

I got the error for email sending to admin email.
PHP Notice: Error: E-Mail to required! in /home/xxxxxx/public_html/xxxx.com/system/library/mail.php on line 61
and also the upsell error.
PHP Notice: Undefined index: product_id in /home/xxxxxx/public_html/xxxx.com/catalog/controller/module/upsells.php on line 16
Is there any fix? Thanks
