fixed 728 width single sidebar emedia shop with lots of mods

For some years I have been using OScommerce and Zen-Cart, but they have too many bugs. Now I will stick to Open Cart. I love the functionality and simplicity that I need to sell digital downloads (ebooks).

I modded the default template to a simplistic (loaded with contributions, thank you so much!). Meant for banner standard 728 pix widths. Actual width is 730 (borders).

- fixed width
- single sidebar structure
- categories links on top
- additional specials section on the home page
- random products on homepage
- videos in sidebar and info pages
- related products with add-to-cart button directly under product without having to click
- at the bottom some banner ads
- Google Ads in info pages
- featured products section in the sidebar
- visitor counter (I did not reset it from the previous shops) in the sidebar
- integrated eBay Partner kit
- Amazon affiliate page
