How often do you update?

Hi All,

I'm quite new to OpenCart. I have a few shops running on Opencart 2.0.1.1.
I cannot upgrade to 2.0.2.0 yet since the vqmod's are not yet compatible.

Also the shops are running on SSL only.

I was wondering, in terms of security, how often do you upgrade OpenCart and what other security do you use?
Usually updates break things (mainly not compatible vqmod's) which will take time to fix.

Is it recommend to update monthly, quaterly, biannually? What is your experience?

Actually, at best, never, if the shop works well, and endured no Break-In's, or other Miss-Happenings.
Exept, if your heard about a potential Security Problem, related to/with your Version, used. Then, one should visite https://github.com/opencart
and search for latest updated files, related to the problem.
One never changes a winning horse, either, as long as it does it's job. Basically.

Do you have any sites that I can monitor for any leaks?

Are there also others with a different opinion? I am open to suggestions!

Unfortunately OpenCart doesn't following a standardized release cycle and versioning so there's no way to update a store in a clean manner.
