Hi
i have read every post on here to do with the syntax error where you cannot modify the orders.
i am still unsure as to what could be causing the issue wondering if anyone can provide further input.
api -- setup correctly
curl -- enabled
config is correct -- removed https url and replcaed with http url
file structure and permissions are all correct
** edit**
also checked admin permissions and admin group has full permissions set
**end of edit**
so im now at a point where i do not know where the syntax error unexpended end of input is coming from, can anyone provide anything else to which could solve the problem?
thanks
Ice

thanks for the posts guys
appreciate it i have now figured out the problem:
when clicking on the history tab i was getting a forbidden access denied error message and also getting a syntax issue

when using chromes awsome tools it was all showing ok i was getting a 200 ok message and it was showing data being transfered as if everything was going smoothly and again no errors and no error in the log file hmmm...

so after hours and hours and hours (at least 70 hours) going through code line after line after line i couldnt find the issue everything was looking fine, so anyway after using chromes cool tools i decided to investigate the extension it was calling openbay just incase it had something to do with that and guess what... the openbay extension wasnt there, now i had re-installed and re-uploaded 3 times and each time it failed to upload this openbay module and i have no idea why but as soon as i manually uploaded it into the extensions folder it seemed to solve my problem, now what i dont get is why does this history tab rely on openbay to work? and why didnt this 1 file upload?
but anyway if anyone else is experiancing this problem i would suggest checking the folder
and make sure that openbay.php is present
