This is an odd one.
I can only delete things by going to the SQL database on my server. My delete button in opencart admin for products or manufacturers won't work ??

Which version? Default theme or something else? Did you install any mods?

Running Opencart v3.0.3.9 with multi-stores and the default template from https://www.labeshops.com which has links to all my stores.

With a Theme installed
I have also installed vqmod & some mods that do small things like update prices with options & change admin screens so you can filter products etc.
I can either delete or disable mods if that helps. I can login to my php admin through my hosting company & delete from the database set that way but it might be better in the future if I can get this fixed
