Status automatically getting updated to Canceled

Hi,

Whenever I am changing the order status as per the flow, it is automatically showing as canceled. I have checked all the possible scenarios in payment as well as system settings. Kindly help. Its impacting customers.

Hi,

I am havin f similar problem with orderes made to my OC 2.0.1.1

Whenever there is an order made, an email is sent to me and the customer with order status : CANCELED.

There is no reason for the order status to be canceled, as the product is available and all default statuses are correct in Settings>Option

Any ideas?

I'm getting the same issue with version 2.1.0.1

My orders on set to "canceled" when an order is placed. Even if I try to set it to "complete" in the history, it just sets it as canceled.
