Template Install Wanted

I have version 1.4.7 installed and have tried and tried to install a template I have bought for it. I just can't get it to work and am new to installing things, so have no idea why. I have just noticed that where I bought it from, the template designers are away for 11 days so I can't ask for help there.

If someone would be able to install it for me, I would be greatful.
