The standard contactform does not allow to create multiple fields like say a pulldown. I want a contactform with a pulldown so the customer can choose wich store gets the message. I have 2 stores in different city's, and i want that customer can choose to contact a store nearby.
I had already made the pulldown, and i could be choosed but the fields didn't come with the rest of the mail.
Hope somebody can help me ! It would be appreciated, a lot !
you need to modify the following:

I had modified all thoose files, and at the front it looked good and customers could choose a store with a pulldown. Only the info from the pulldown didn't get send with the other info, and no error message.
So i am doing someting wrong, and can't find out what. I am stuck, and set everything back to normal !
Anyone allready did this, and has the code ?
