We have finally upgraded to the new opencart v 2.0.2.0 which works well but owing to us wanting our customers to register newly purchased electrical items and serial numbers on our site, we need a modification to the My account area. We would want this as a module/extension add on.

In the my account area we would like to add a page or pages, that will allow us to add fields to the page, or pages, in order to collect information from customer input to register newly purchased electrical products.We are using the opencart "custom field" option in the customers tab.

I guess we want the ability to add and title forms in the customer area and then have them neatly and visibly stored under a tab along with the other "my account" tabs/pages on the right of the screen. .

Is anyone aware of a module that would do this or is it a module that someone could come up with for us.
