Error No: 1062 Product-Option

Hi there

I have installed an extension to bulk add options to products.

Unfortunately if I enable it I get an error if I try & save any edits or just save a product

Has anyone encountered this type of error and know how I might fix it please ?
Notice: Error: Duplicate entry '26' for key 'PRIMARY'
Error No: 1062
INSERT INTO oc_product_option SET product_option_id = '26', product_id = '60', option_id = '26', required = '0' in /home/linweb29/v/valveuniverse.com-1073408411/user/htdocs/system/database/mysql.php on line 50
