Import Products into Opencart 2.0.1.1

Would appreciate info on how to import product data from 1.5.4.1 into 2.0.1.1.
I have been reading about some extensions that will do this, but would welcome information from forum members on the best way to do this. and maybe recommend the best extension..thanks ...
