I have no idea what people are sending you in pm, but keep in mind what you linked to is a magento template. The look of it would be easy, but there are functionalities there that you will not be able to get without lots of work.

PM is an invitation for further conversation. In that conversation I will explain things I could do and the things that I can not do. I also mention any websites that I have ever done (especially using OpenCart).
