how do i fix this error please advise

Try uploading the file it says it can't find = startup.php which should be at:
public_html/custom-funky.com/testing/system/startup.php

You should check the path in the config.php file. It seems that you moved the testing store to live store.

Yeah true, well spotted ... although calling a live store 'testing' may increase chance of trouble eh.
