Image Manager

The image manager works fine for the admin but won't upload images in my customer portal. I'm using Multi Vendor / DropShipper by WaaBay. I did contact the developer and was getting support. If anybody wants to take a look go to

Hope every thing is ok, i just installed the open cart 2.0.2.0 and it is looks working good, then i purchased Multi Vendor / DropShipper 2.0 (vQmod) from Waabay, but it didnt work, i already contact the support, but they didnt answer till now, maybe cos of the weekend, hope they will reply by tomorrow.
Anyway here is the quastion,
Is the extension installation went smothly without any problems ?
Is there any special steps should i do before or after extension installation ?
