[SOLVED] Estimate Shipping issue after upgrading to 2.0.2.0

I have upgraded from 2.0.1.1 to 2.0.2.0 along with Journal Theme 2.4.11

However I am facing this issue.

On cart page if I submit data in Estimate Shipping and Taxes Pop Up opens but full page becomes grey and I am unable to select the radio button in the Pop Up. However there is no issue in Check Out - Delivery Method where I am able to select the radio button. The issue is only in Cart Page Pop Up for Estimating Shipping. See att file.

How to resolve this issue?
