Need developper to add features in multimerch extension

If someone can help me to develop there features in multimerch extension for opencart 2.0.1.1 :

The administrator of the web site can add three role for merchants :

• free merchant

• gold merchant

• permium merchant

In merchant profil, the user can add or edit :

• Goole map localisation (optionnal)

• facebook, twitter, google plus url (optionnal)

• three phones number (optionnal)

• choosing the type of payment accepted (there are 4 types) (minimum choice : one)

• choose if merchant can delivery the products to the customers or not (compulsory)

When merchant add a product he can add :

• number of stock

• weight

• length

• attribute

• filter

In the administration of the extension multimerch, administrator can :

• choose who merchant can be free, gold, premium (default is free)

• add type of payment for merchant

• edit merchant information

• add or edit production of merchant

• add subdomaine for premium merchant. ex : namepremiummerchant.domaine.com
