category view layout

Hello,
is there an easy way to change the layout of the category view?

I would like to have the category picture not on the top, but on the left.
And the list of assigned products on the center-right.

you probably look for something like my Latest Section looks here, or as seen 'right' on the image enclosed.:

It would require some work, this free Openshop Extension contains the 'adefault2' Theme, as well of the rest of it, used by me as DEFAULT, contains the Source:

Possibly, this Theme as well, but I did not check on it:

Here: as well as the Stylesheet.css /* box */ Style-definition-type 'Way of PLACEMENT', would, 'basically', be required, to make it work.
Just to give you an idea! But it does require SOME Knowledge on the stuff, unfortunately
