Aloha all,

I have installed everything correctly and try a test transaction and nothing happens. I just get a please wait and no error at all.

I have log file checked in the admin but not getting anything there either. Where is that log file located. Any help would be appreciated and I do have money to pay for this. I just need the help right away.

Why is the '~' in the url? Normally that's on a unix system and ~ means home so you'd write ~joe and that means joe's home directory /home/joe.

And I doubt the file system has ~ in the directory structure so make sure what you're visiting on the web end from your browser matches your file system in /var/www/html or wherever your site is.
