Social media plugin

Hello, I recently downloaded the social media mod from opencartstore. However it appears it may not work in 1.4.7 as I cannot get it to display on my web page. Ice contacted the store admin but got no response, I wonder if anyone else can help?
I have definately copied all the required files across to my server and enabled the mod in admin
