Developer Needed - Customer Group File Download

We need a developer to help us utilize the Login and Customer Group functionality of Opencart. When a Customer (Dealer Group) logs into their account area in Opencart, they need to see files that they can download.

These are not products; they are just files (PDFs).
Only customers designated as "Dealers" should see these files on their "Account" page.

If not a developer, I could start to figure this out if I knew how to display $customer_group_id; on the user "Account" page
