don't know how to find this module. I want something like chat (public). People will ask their questions and admin will answer to questions.

Check out cometchat, they integrate with anything. They are not free, but they can install and setup for you. What I think you want is a group chat for comet chat. It will allow all users to participate in chat and see chat logs for everyone.

Otherwise you want an FAQ that's static and you add questions/answers that people can reference.

Just be aware, of the consequences, by such doing, eventually, or better certainly. Your Site will be filled up with Carbage, a million of links, anything will be tried to give you a hard time.

I use a Perl-coded guestbook, for Ages, it was the only really Nice and 'free' one, then, allowing me to preview User Comments, before beeing visible in publc. In addition to this, I used a .htaccess file, consequently locking out IP's, partly whole parts of the World, whenever someone tried to add such Stuff to my Page. The Guestbook still exists, and works, but I frequently still have to add IP-Ranges, to keep some 'fellows' from trying to even sending me their Crab, in Masses...

It even got worse, for a while at least, after I came here..., linked..., I had to 'IP-remove' large parts of the FAR EAST, especially.

So, think about it!
