OpenCart Hosting Advice in Europe

Please can someone advise me I have downloaded Opencart and bought a opencart theme. I have also downloaded filezilla for FTP requirement.
Anyone ever try hostforlife.eu? I have googled and found them. Or Am I better off going ukwindowshostasp.net? Both of them support Opencart and have datacenter in Europe
