Order delete Issue - CURL error Failure when receiving data

Hi

Have seen this issue posted but there doe snot seem to be a resolution, when we try to delete an order we get the following error message - Warning: CURL error Failure when receiving data from the peer(56)!

We host with Heart as we have seen that mentioned, just need a resolution if anyone has resolved?
