Option Images

I am adding images to my options in the options area (not product options area) - when I click save, the screen reloads but does not go back to options main screen like it used to and its not saving my images.

Any ideas?

check your log for any error or clue on why is not saving your changes

error log is clean :/ - contacted support just waiting on reply
