More than one Low Order Fees

How can I set different Low Order Fees? What I want to do is:

- Your order is less than 50$ -> 5 $ fee
- Your order is less than 100$ -> 3 $ fee

OpenCart includes Handling Fee and Low Order Fee extensions, which are effectively the same thing. You can use them both for this.

Or, if you want something a bit more powerful, Total-Based Fee/Discount can do as many fees as you want, based on any total values you want.
