Hep with banner overlapping cart on homepage

Hi All. I usually like to try and sort my own problems out however I am really struggling with this one.

When you add an item to the cart on the homepage and click the shopping cart in the top right hand corner, the shopping cart is hidden behind the banner?

I am using open cart 1.5.6 and the uber theme. Here is a pic of the issue http://snag.gy/boSn9.jpg
