VQMod isn't creating a cache

Hello, i got a problem with my VQMod recently. so I added another extension to VQMod to show related products by catagory. As soon as i added it to my VQMod xml folder i received an error on all my product pages across the website. so i removed the new extension and all was well, but now i receive an error when trying to view my VQMod manager i receive this error "VQMod does not appear to be properly generating VQcache files! VQMods are still working i just cannot edit any of them now. i have attached the file that caused the error
