Catagories in the spreadsheet

Hi,
I was interested in using this product.
1 - What are the fields in the spreadsheet?
2 - Can you add your own custom fields that you have added?
3 - Are you able to upload (multiple) pictures with other product info?
4 - Can you specify which category and subcategory a product is part of?
